Steirereck

Steirereck is the most formal kitchen in the country without ever being stiff. The pavilion in the Stadtpark looks like an office block from outside and a greenhouse from within. You do not order à la carte so much as by curiosity: the menu is a list of products rather than dishes. The cheese trolley is the single best reason to skip dessert.
Lunch is considerably easier to book than dinner and the menu is noticeably cheaper — from an identical kitchen.
